If you have had cancer in the past you are not eligible for coverage:
Cancer insurance plans reduce payments based on what your other insurance pays:
My coverage will be canceled if I have too many claims or reach a certain age:
Cancer insurance plans pay benefits directly to the hospital or doctor:
You will be accepted if the required number of years have passed since you were diagnosed or treated for cancer when you apply (a period of 5-10 years is required, see application form for policy requirements).
The Cancer Indemnity Insurance plan pays cash benefits in addition to any other health insurance you may have (major medical, HMO, PPO, hospital insurance, Medicare, VA Hospitals, etc.).
You cannot be singled out and canceled for having too many claims. As long as the master policy is in force your coverage is guaranteed renewable. The plan cannot be canceled due to age as long as you keep paying your premium when due.
With our Cancer Indemnity Insurance Plan benefits are paid directly to you unless you specify otherwise. You can use these cash benefits for any purpose. The money is yours to use as you see fit.
